| 英文描述 | An Arabian filly had extreme exercise intolerance, and could only trot for 6 minutes. Plasma lactates were 10 times normal with light exercise. Muscle biopsies showed accumulation of mitochondria with ultrastructural abnormalities, and skeletal muscle lacked the first enzyme of the respiratory chain (NADH CoQ reductase) (Valberg). |
